Why MatchaFlow

Built for cafe environments.

Consistent batch to batch.

Same farm, same harvest, same stone milling. No surprises between bags.

Built to cut through milk.

Premium grade with full bodied umami, holds its own in a latte, doesn't get washed out.

Easier than espresso.

Whisk it, pour it, serve it. Your team will get it on the first shift.

High margin per serve.

Cost per cup is low. Retail price is premium. The maths works.

A brand with a built in audience.

MatchaFlow has its own following. When we post, our audience looks for stockists. Every cafe that carries us is on our locator, so the customers we drive end up ordering from you.

Honest answers

Most-asked questions from cafe buyers.

"We already have a matcha supplier."

Most cafes we talk to say batch consistency is their biggest matcha headache. Try us side by side with your current supplier. If theirs holds up, stick with it. If ours is sharper, you'll know in a week.

"Our customers don't order matcha enough."

That's almost always a product quality issue, not a demand issue. When cafes switch to better matcha, orders go up because the drink tastes good and gets shared.

"It's more expensive than what we use now."

Per cup, the margin is higher than a flat white. The product pays for itself by the third week if you're doing more than 10 matcha lattes a day.

"Is it hard for staff to prep?"

Simpler than espresso. We send a one page prep guide with every order. Most baristas have it dialled in by their second shift.

"Can we get branded merch or POS materials?"

Yes, counter cards, menu inserts, and stickers on request once you're on regular supply.

Talk to the founder

I pick up the phone.

Wholesale is run by me directly, not a customer service team, not a chatbot. If you have a question, want to negotiate volume pricing, or need POS materials, you reach me. That's the whole point of this brand.
