How does the subscription work?

Pick your grade or the Fresh Start Bundle, pick monthly or every 6 weeks (most pick monthly), and we send fresh matcha to your door. You save on every shipment, and your first box comes with a free bamboo whisk while stocks last. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime in one click.

Can I switch grades after subscribing?

Yes. Log into your account and switch from Premium to Ceremonial or to the Bundle anytime. No email, no support ticket.

How long does shipping take?

1 to 2 business days to dispatch. 2 to 5 business days to most Australian metros. Free shipping on orders over $45 and on every subscription. Under $45 it is $7.95 standard or $9.95 express.

What if I don't like it?

Love it or your money back, keep the pouch. If it's not working for you, email us within 14 days of your first order for a full refund, no return needed. Prefer to swap grades instead? Your call.

How many cups per pouch?

25–30 cups per 40g pouch, depending on how strong you make it. About a month of daily use.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. New Zealand is next on the list. Email us to be on the early list.
